Let Your LOVE LIGHT SHINE!

These are the words that keep flowing thru my head yesterday morning – over and over again!  I woke up at 3 a.m. and couldn’t go back to sleep.  I was wide awake and felt compelled to share with you all.  I was hesitant to do this because it shows a vulnerable side of me.  Part of me was saying: “Don’t do that, no one will get it!”  That was fear talking – an old part of me.   Aha!  I caught you!  Then, the voice of the real me said: “SHARE!”  The internal pull to share this was much stronger than the feelings of fear and doubt.  So, I think it is important to share and in doing so, it just might be exactly what someone needs to read or hear.

When I went to bed Wednesday night (late!), I went into that lucid place of “in between” and envisioned myself drinking a green juice (symbolic) and my entire body being infused with LOVE and letting it shine outside of me into everyone around me. I got the feeling that it was my higher self (Universe/ whatever you choose to call it) was letting me know that “You got the JUICE in you, babe! That strong, magical liquid gold of LOVE!  Let it out and let it SHINE!  Within YOU and outside of You.  It will heal you and those you connect with.”

The recipes that I share here on the blog are for feeding the body on a physical level – nutritionally.  This is a recipe to feed the body, mind and spirit!  When I think about it, letting LOVE infuse my body, it FEEDS my cells, tissues, organs, EVERYTHING in my body on a level that food can’t touch.   Visualize yourself drinking something (I just went to a green juice) and let that liquid permeate your entire being.  Say “I am open and receptive to my higher good and let my LOVE LIGHT shine bright, inside of me and outside of me.”

It is a reminder to us all that we all have this LOVE inside us and it IS US and we are to tap into it and LIVE it. This thought allows me to be in awareness of it and to keep it “front and center” so to speak. So LET YOUR LOVE LIGHT SHINE!   Because you’ve GOT IT!

My intention here is to be authentic.  I want to allow you  to get to know me better on a deeper level.  This is a goal of mine and the intentions that I set forth to share with you thru these posts.
