♥ Nutrition and your Pet - VALUABLE information for your beloved four legged friends! I found this article priceless and will start to incorporate some of the ingredients into my dogs food. Our animals health is highly motivated by the food they eat, just like us! I am on my way outside right now so that they (and I) can get some fresh air, Vit. D and grass between our toes (even though it’s 50 degrees outside)!
♥ How to Love Your Authentic Self - I can relate to a lot in this article. I, too, have come a LONG ways since then. I now value and love myself dearly. It has taken time, but I did it and continue to do so and learn more about myself. Read this and know that I want the same for you.
♥ Healing Hiatus Activity #1: The Journey Experience - This is a FANTASTIC article by Jessica Ainscough. I have experienced something similar with healing in this fashion. The whole mind-body connection. It goes deeper than we know. I have dug deep with some areas in my life and healed physical problems that wouldn’t go away with much work (food, herbs, etc.). Be open to possibilities (like I did) and you just might be surprised what will heal in your body and LIFE.

♥ 10 Reasons to Practice Shoulderstand Every Day - I love doing these! They have been helping balance my hormones lately (periods were irregular) and now everything is back in check (along with Ayurveda lifestyle). It feels good and GOOD for you.
♥ Why rebounding is so beneficial - I’ve started using my Rebounder again and don’t know why I stopped using it in the first place – Life happens!
I am LOVING it! It is so gentle on the joints but packs a GREAT workout in. After 20 minutes, I’m sweating and peeling off the layers of clothes I started off in. I turn on the shuffle mix of some of my favorite tunes and have a BLAST. Time flies by and afterwards I feel great. It really helps the body stay fit and slim down. I use an Urban Rebounder – check them out now via HSN/ QVC/ Buy.com. They will be having some deals going on right now – that’s how I got mine 2 years ago.
♥ 7 Benefits of Meditation - I’ve been meditating more often and it REALLY works! I’ve started to take 15 minutes before dinner, go into another room and meditate. It puts me in a very relaxed, calm state so that I eat slower and my food digests better along with the MANY other benefits it provides. After posting this, I am going to take a HOT bath (fully immersed with essential oils/epsom salt/dried ginger powder/almond oil/baking soda) and meditate while soaking and emerge a “ball of goo” as I call it – TOTAL RELAXATION. So, get your meditation on. With practice, it gets easier.
♥ The theme for January 2013 is TRANSITION - I LOVE this! Hope you enjoy!

Thanks as always for the links. I read Wellness Warrior too, isn’t Jess a dear? Oh and I just wanted to mention that I just took some baked apples out of the oven so I will have some all ready in the morning for my steel cut oats. Your so smart, I never think of those things but so glad you did and shared it with us. I ordered Deepak’s set of three quided meditations. I took two of them when he did the two 28 day challenges but the first set is new to me so I am using it first and then will repeat the ones I have done before. Namaste.
