♥ The Life-Changing Loaf of Bread – I made this loaf of bread as soon as I saw the recipe. Let me tell you – it is FANTASTIC! It was super easy to make and tastes out of this world. Spread some ghee, coconut oil, hummus, guacamole or a sweet date spread, berry jam, etc. I highly recommend that you make it. If you don’t have a silicone loaf pan (I DON’T), don’t worry. Just coat your glass/metal loaf pan with coconut oil and line with parchment paper. Pour mixture in and bake according to rest of directions. PERFECT!

Whatever comes up in the space of quiet reflection one is able to pay attention to.” I have been doing this a bit lately – going somewhere and being in total silence and stillness and amazing things come up for me to be aware of and work on or be inspired about. Being open and receptive to awareness, intuition and guidance is PROFOUND.
