I used to encounter it in my eating habits (it rears its head once in awhile) and I see it a lot in talking to people about health and nutrition. You can have the healthiest diet for YOU but stress about each thing you eat, how often, how much, etc., etc. – it creates STRESS. Not good. You won’t be assimilating and get THE BEST out of your food REACTING/RESPONDING like this.
