I have learned so much how to take care of my furry loved ones safely. I think you will find some real nuggets of wisdom and good advice here. By using herbs, homeopathy and natural approaches, I have been able to turn around the blood work of my dogs (that had some high levels), forgo pain meds (homeopathy works wonders with no side effects), detox safely, avoid using toxic flea meds., improve their quality of health and more. Just as we integrate these practices with ourselves, it can be applied to our pets.

The soup and her website. I couldn’t find any watercress at my store, so I used organic spinach. So simple to make and blend. A real winner that will now become a staple in my soup rotation list. Last Saturday, I had the honor of making raw chocolate superfood smoothies at Rachel’s shop after her yoga class (which is AMAZING!!) for most of the day. Rocking the Vitamix with raw Cacao powder, Maca powder, other superfoods and sharing it with other people = my kind of Saturday afternoon FUN! Met some wonderful new people in the community.
